UniFi Talk Business VoIP Deployment

Challenge

The organization needed a business phone system integrated with its existing IT environment—reliable desk phones, a wireless handset for mobile staff, and PSTN connectivity without maintaining legacy PBX hardware on site.

Solution

K.E.T. Networks designed and deployed a UniFi Talk solution with a mix of touch-screen desk phones, a pro-grade touch handset, an ATA for analog devices, and a SNOM wireless DECT phone for staff who move across the facility. Flowroute provides the SIP trunk for inbound and outbound calling.

Implementation

Provisioning, extension layout, and trunk configuration were completed with documentation for day-two moves, adds, and changes. The deployment was integrated with the client's broader managed IT relationship so voice and data share consistent ownership.

Operational outcome

The system has been in production for more than two years, providing stable business voice on a platform the internal team can manage alongside their UniFi network.
